Effective cueing is important not only to ensure proper form and alignment, but also to create an atmosphere within a class. In yoga, the use of language is especially important, and sometimes creates a challenge for instructors used to cueing higher intensity classes. This workshop will discuss the importance of effective cueing, the use of action and descriptive verbiage, and how to create different atmospheres and mindsets within a class.
