This study was pretty good. It sometimes repeated information a few times, but otherwise, you learned about METs, good exercise requirements for children up to older adults and what are the physical, as well as brain benefits of everyone working out, how to stay safe while working out, ideas of different activities to do that would be moderately intense versus very intense activities that people could do. It talked about weight-bearing activities (lifting weights), also. Overall, good information based upon research for American populations.
