Focus on breathwork is often reserved for yoga, Pilates, and other mind-body fitness activities. However, athletes of all calibers can benefit from improved breathing practice, to enhance performance, stamina, and recovery, and to decrease mental and physical stress. This one-hour workshop will review the importance of proper breathing for athletes and how to facilitate better practices with clients and participants.
Breathing Better is NOT a part of the NETA 200 Hour Yoga Program curriculum, and may only be used for continuing education credits.
Equipment Requirements
Participants in this workshop will need access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, including a functional webcam and mic.
