Group Exercise Instructor certificants must hold current adult CPR certification from a recognized provider including a hands-on practical skills assessment. Proof of CPR may be provided after the workshop and exam.

To maximize your success, we recommend dedicating sufficient time and effort to self-directed study before attending the workshop or attempting the examination—typically around 30-45 days. Recommended study materials sold separately.
