Mobility with Stability: Pilates-based Fundamentals for Yoga Practitioners and All Movers is for anyone seeking improved posture and freedom of movement. A hands-on approach of using fundamental Pilates exercises applied to specific yoga poses will provide participants with movements to balance strength and length with mobility and stability, with variations and modifications provided.
