This presentation will explore the concept of combining physical fitness with emotional well-being by breaking down how a compassionate approach to training can lead to more sustainable, fulfilling, and effective fitness journeys for clients. Topics covered will include the mind-body connection in realizing results, practical application of sustainable goals, implementing self-care strategies to complement training routines, overcoming challenges, and building community and support.
Jo-Hanna Taylor currently promotes stress management and mindful fitness for both private sector and government agencies in Jamaica. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the West Indies. Jo-Hanna is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and NETA-Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
