This class contains exercises to help you advance into more challenging exercises, with the optional assistance of a band, a Bender ball, foam roller and a stability ball. This three-hour workshop encourages supple mobility throughout the spine while simultaneously building strength in the arms, shoulders, abdominals and back, testing control, precision, and coordination.
