Fitness Professionals
Fitness and exercise professionals strive to help their clients and participants be healthy, but are we looking inward to consider our own holistic health? This presentation will focus on an “eight dimensions of wellness” model, ways in which we might be our own worst enemy, and action steps for balancing our personal wellness wheel.
